Mr.Maheshwari specializes in Valuation Advisory, Infrastructure related Advisory, and Technical Advisory & Assurance.
Mr.Maheshwari is an Eminent Fellow of The Indian Institution of Valuers, FRICS UK. He has also been involved with major Disinvestment and Privatization assignments on behalf of Government of India. He is actively involved with many professional bodies and societies. He is a Mechanical Engineer as well as Mechanical Engineer done from Nagpur University in 1967. He has rich experience of more than 50 years in the field of Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Valuation & setup of new green fields units & also having management and consulting experience. Maheshwari has global experience have worked in diverse sector of Industry.
Lalitesh is a responsible and manages the Valuations and Advisory activities of Neotech & specializes Valuations (Land & Building), and other matters etc.
Lalitesh is also a Member of The Indian Institution of Valuers IIV-RVO Registered under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
Abhinav leads the teams involved in Transaction Advisory, Business Development and spearheads the major client interactions. His role spans across various verticals ranging from managing the overall development & operations of the company with leadership roles across Business Strategy, Business Development, and Management of various Advisory Practices of Neotech.
He is Master of Law and Bachelor of Law from Mahatma Jyotiba phule Rohilkhand university, he also holds B-Tech (Civil). He has more than 20 years of experience in the Industry.
Singh a renowned lawyer is in practice. He specializes in Corporate & Financial Restructuring, Bankruptcy Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions and Takeovers, Banking Law, Real Estate etc. Besides this, he also specializes in private equity placements, structuring of transactions, turning around of financially enviable entities and issues related to Asset Reconstruction & Securitization.
He is a leading legal counsel and represents clients in various courts, tribunals (NCLT, NCLAT, COMPAT, DRT, DRAT, RERA, AERAAT, NGT,, High Courts) and Supreme Court of India.
He was 1st Class, Gold Medallist in LLB from Mahatma Joyatba Phule Rohilkhand University Bareilly.
